The Client authorizes the Company to process their personal data,
particularly credit data arising from this business relationship,
in accordance with Law No. 6534/20 on the "Protection of Personal Credit Data."
This processing includes the possibility of transferring this data to
Equifax Paraguay S.A. or other specialized companies, both within and outside the country,
in which case the necessary measures will be taken to ensure that it is processed
with adequate levels of protection. Credit data includes:
- The identification of the person or company name (names, identity card number, RUC,
date of birth or incorporation, etc.);
- the details of the loan granted and the manner of its fulfillment, that is,
both positive and negative information (amount, installments, balance, due date,
payment date or days of delay, etc.);
- other types of data that are relevant of a commercial, credit, or patrimonial nature
(address, telephone, cell phone, email address).
This authorization also includes the possibility of consulting or verifying the information
through Credit Reporting Agencies, the consultation by other Users of the information
provided herein, as well as for any other permitted purpose, including digital prospecting,
marketing services, risk analysis, and market segmentation. The Client has been informed
of all their rights, including the right to access, update, and correct their personal credit information.
